The Southern Joint Branch (SJB) of RINA and IMarEST brings together members of these two related professional bodies in the region for professional development, transfer of knowledge and social functions. Through a programme of technical presentations and social events, along with technical visits the SJB represents both RINA and IMarEST on the local scale in the south of England.
Members of RINA and IMarEST within the region covered by the Southern Joint Branch are automatcially members of the SJB.
The 'announce only information list' which can be subscribed to from the 'Mailing Lists' page of this website is used to provide notice of forthcoming events. Members of the branch are urged to subscribe to the list if they wish to take advantage of the branch's technical programme since it is used to send notification in the event of lecture or venue changes.
